Dear Ty,
I saw your story on Channel 4 news tonight. You are a rock & an inspiration to all.

In 2008 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Small Intestine Cancer. I was in denial and blocked out a lot of what the doctors were telling me. I was 42. I couldn't have cancer. After denied PET scans, minor surgeries, and a major surgery, the doctors were able to remove my tumor. I received 6 months of chemo & am now cancer free. All during my surgeries and chemo, I worked on my Master's Degree and taught in my 4th grade classroom. It wasn't about me. It was about having that "normalcy" to get me through it.
Your story was the best piece of news I've seen in a long time. Please accept my prayers for you & your family. Your courage has touched me. And I hope I have given you the hope to know that miracles do happen. Best wishes to you.
Sue
